At Parfait Designs it is our goal to provide our customers with not
only exceptional products but exceptional service as well. Outlined
below is our policy regarding orders and returns. Please familiarize
yourself with it before placing an order and feel free to contact us if
you have any questions.
There is no minimum order on quantity per style, however all orders must
reach a minimum dollar value of $150.00 Canadian dollars.
Placing An Order
Please follow one of the methods listed below to place an order.
Please choose one of the following methods of payments.
Our merchandise is shipped Parcel Post, FedEx, or as per your specification.
Freight charges, taxes, duties and/or brokerage charges will be applied.
Orders will generally be processed within 48 hours. Items out of stock at
the time of your order will be placed on back order and may take up to 5
weeks to ship.
If merchandise is defective, it may be returned in full if returned within 15
days of the invoice date. Please contact us for a refund authorization
number, this will be required to process a return. Please return defective
goods via post and do not insure.
